1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of clearyourdesk.ai and the ClearYourDesk Service.
By accessing or purchasing through our Site, you agree to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

4. Services

ClearYourDesk provides AI-based administrative automation packages (“Services”) delivered as described on the Site.
All features, prices, and delivery times are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders and Payment

Payment is due at checkout through our secure processor (Stripe).
All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Services begin once payment and onboarding information are received.

6. Delivery and Turnaround

We deliver completed automations within the timeframe stated on the Site for each package (typically 2–6 business days).
Delays caused by incomplete client input are not our responsibility.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services that have not yet been fully delivered.
Refunds are otherwise handled per our Refund Policy (available on request).

8. Use of Service

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute our deliverables.
• Misuse or reverse engineer provided automations.
• Violate any applicable laws in relation to data or AI use.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service, content, and automations remains the property of ClearYourDesk.
You receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables within your business.

10. Liability

ClearYourDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in question.

11. Warranties Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ClearYourDesk harmless from any claim arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new effective date.
